Practice Management

The Practice Manager manages all the business aspects of the practice, making sure the right systems are in place to provide high quality patient care and patient safety, as well as human resources, finance, premises management, equipment maintenance and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering basic patient services and develops other services to enhance patient care.

Reception

The reception and administration teams are here to help you and to ensure the smooth running of the surgery systems so that all our patients receive the best possible service. Please feel free to ask them if you need advice about who to see or how to deal with a problem. The staff work within guidelines agreed with the practice manager, GPs and practice nurses and are trained to respect confidential information about you. The reception team are not qualified to give specific medical information or advice.
