We are trying to offer other ways for you to receive test results.

Please use this form to request results. The information you receive back will be the assessment documented by the clinician who reviewed the results, along with any actions required. If you require the actual results please indicate this in your request. If you have signed up for access to detailed coded records you can review these results online.

Our reception staff are not qualified to comment on results therefore it is your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with the doctor.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.

You can also request your test results by phoning the practice after 15:00.

If you have had a blood/urine test done at the surgery, you may contact the surgery for the result after 3 days, please note that some tests take longer. Please be aware that X-rays done at Hove Polyclinic take up to 2 weeks to be reported.

In future you may wish to register for online services to have the ability to Book or Cancel an Appointment, Request a Repeat Prescription, Change Personal Details and View your Medical Records without visiting the practice.
